Medical Elastic Bandage is a stretchable nonwoven bandage with a hydrogel contact layer. It is used for sports-care wrapping, joint-care applications and auxiliary support during rehabilitation or post-treatment care.

Core Advantages

Flexible Support Across Moving Joints

The high-elastic nonwoven backing adapts to the curved surfaces of wrists, knees and shoulders. During changes in joint position, the material follows the body contour, keeping the wrap flexible across the bend while supporting close placement of the gel layer.

Water-Retaining Contact Cooling

The sodium polyacrylate hydrogel retains moisture against the application area. When the covered area feels warm after activity, moisture evaporation removes heat from the surface and adds localized cooling to the elastic wrap.

Protected Gel Surface Before Application

A PET or CPP release film separates the hydrogel contact layer from handling surfaces before use. During placement, the liner keeps the gel covered until the bandage is ready to be applied, limiting unnecessary contact with the exposed gel.

Meikangning develops OEM/ODM Medical Elastic Bandage from application requirements, technical drawings or reference samples. The development brief sets the wrap geometry and stretch requirement; production combines the selected elastic substrate with the hydrogel layer and the specified private-label pack.
